What we do

saveXclip is a free tool that helps you save videos and GIFs from publicly accessible posts on Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and Facebook to your device as MP4 files. The service is run by an independent party and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of those platforms.

What you agree to

Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Use it only with content you have the right to download — your own posts, content licensed for reuse, or content where the rights-holder allows it. Respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of others, and comply with the terms of service of the platforms that host the original content.

What is not allowed

Attempting to download private, protected, or restricted posts; using automated tools, scrapers, or bots to abuse the service; reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the service; or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or block any request we determine to be abusive.

Service is "as is"

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, or compatibility with any particular platform. The platforms may change their systems at any time and break extraction; we'll repair it when feasible but make no commitment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or data loss.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU consumers retain the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.
